Question: What color wire is available for the mini lights?
Answer: We offer green and white wire.
Question: What is the spacing between bulbs? How do you determine the spacing?
Answer: The spacing between bulbs is measured bulb to bulb from the top. With these string sets the bulb spacing is 4”.
Question: What is the wattage and amps per string set?
Answer: Each string is 2.4 watts and 0.02 amps.
Question: What is the oblong shaped thing on the string?
Answer:It is a built in rectifier that helps the LED’s shine brighter.
Question: Can I cut off the rectiffer?
Answer: No you cannot cut off the rectiffer because the lights will not work.
Question: If one bulb burns out will it affect the whole set?
Answer: No, if you do have a bulb burn out the rest will remain lit. There have been occasions that half the string will light and the other won’t this could be an issue in the rectifier. If you have this issue please call our customer service team at 1-800-209-6122, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Question: What is the lifespan of these lights?
Answer: These string sets have 40,000 hours of bulb life.
Question: What is the warranty on these lights?
Answer: Our LED string lights have a 3 season warranty.
Question: How many strands can I connect together?
Answer: Our 35 light sets come 2 ways: the non-connectable sets are not equipped with a stackable male plug. The connectable sets you can connect 43 together.
Question: What is the voltage?
Answer: These light sets are 120V.
Question: Can I buy replacement bulbs?
Answer: Unfortunately you cannot purchase replacement bulbs for these strands, the lights are molded into the socket and are non removable.
Question: Can I cut and customize these sets?
Answer: Nothe lights will not work if they are cut.
Question: Are the strings UL listed?
Answer: Our 35 light sets are UL listed for indoor and outdoor use.
Question: Will the color of the bulb be a true red, blue, green, etc.
Answer: LED bulbs have the same color light inside as the color of the bulb, so this will make them more true to color than their incandescent counterparts.
Question: Are these dimmable?
Answer: Yes these are dimmable, but they will not dim all the way to off because of the rectifier. You will also need a LED compatible dimmer.
Question:What is the wire gauge?
Answer: 22 AWG
Question: Is there a twinkle option?
Answer: We do have a 35 light set option available that twinkles. Each set has 70% steady burn and 30% that twinkle.

Answer: We have a few options available, depending on your project.
